You may return any order by notifying us within 14 days of receiving the product(s). To initiate a return, you must provide your name, address, email, order number, and details of the products being returned, either via our web form or email.
You must return the products within 14 days of your return notification, at your own expense. The products must be well-packaged, in good condition, and in their original box/packaging. You are responsible for any damage incurred during return shipping.
Upon receiving the returned products, we will refund the purchase price, excluding any shipping or handling costs. If the returned products show depreciation in value due to handling beyond what is necessary to determine their function or characteristics, we may deduct an appropriate amount from the refund.
Refunds will be processed within 30 days of your return notification. However, we may withhold payment until we receive the returned products or proof of shipment. Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.

The Website and its content, including trademarks, company names, product names, images, graphics, designs, layouts, and other materials, are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property and marketing laws. No part of the Website or its content may be copied or used without our prior written consent.
