Will I see how my product looks before it ships?

Yes! After your purchase, you will receive a digital mock-up within 24 hours for your approval. We will work with you until you are fully satisfied with your design. If you are not happy with the design, you may request a 100% refund at any point before approval.

If you do not reply to the ‘Logo Approval’ email within 20 days, we will proceed with production using the latest approved design.

Please note: The product color may appear slightly different in the digital mock-up compared to the final printed product due to differences in RGB vs. CMYK color formats.


I have multiple logos and/or want multiple colors. Do I qualify for the price break?

Unfortunately, no. Price breaks only apply when ordering the same design and color for all units.

For example, if you want 500 units with five different logos or colors, you will need to purchase five sets of 100 units each.


When will I receive my package?

Production time is typically 2 to 2.5 weeks, depending on the product. Once production is complete, shipping takes approximately 3-5 business days.

In total, please allow for an estimated 3-week turnaround time from the moment you approve the design.


Tracking states that my package has been delivered, but I never received it.

Please contact us for assistance, and we will do our best to help locate your package.

However, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once the courier marks them as delivered. We also do not issue refunds or credits for orders that are returned, delayed, or stuck in transit.

If this happens, please contact the shipping carrier directly for further assistance.


Where can I track my package?

Once production is complete, we will send you an email with tracking details, including the tracking number and the shipping carrier handling your order.


Printing: Digital Mock-Up vs. Physical Product

Our digital mock-ups are designed to show the size, placement, and color of your logo. However, the final print may look slightly different, depending on the material of the product.

For example:

  • Lanyards and Koozies (made of Polyester and Neoprene) may appear slightly less sharp than
  • Coasters (which are made of cardboard and hold finer details better).

To achieve the best results, please upload the highest quality logo file possible when placing your order.


Can I get a sample before placing a full order?

Yes! You can request a sample by emailing us with the product name you’re interested in. Sample pricing starts at around $60.

We also offer an Item Sample Pack for $20, which includes unbranded samples of our products.


Do you offer more products than what’s listed on your website?

Yes! We’re always adding new products to our lineup. Check back often for updates!


What is the ‘Priority Production + Free Shipping’ option?

Our ‘Priority Production + Free Shipping’ shipping method helps speed up the production process. While we do not guarantee exact delivery dates, this option ensures that your order is processed and sent into production faster than our standard free shipping option.

If you need your order for a specific event or deadline, we recommend ordering early to allow ample time.
